Lovely perch and eye contact. The clean background adds to the image. The catchlight looks nice. Reducing the sharpening would be good. Thanks for sharing.

Nice clear image. This seems to be a small bird. Including some space around would have given some idea of the size of the bird. The composition seems a bit tight for me, nevertheless a nice image. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with the previous comments. In these bird on a stick kind of images - popularised by a lot of american photographers - we lose the sense of scale and when a common man sees it, he will not understand how big or small this bird is. In Europe, photographers focus more on creating environmental images.

Nice cute bird. The eye contact is nice. I agree that reducing the sharpening and loose crop would strengthen the image.
