Shot this bird from my backyard again. Was quite high up. Was standing under the tree and shooting looking up right over my head. Did not have much place to move around.

Nikon D3100, F/5.6, SS 1/320, fl 300mm. cropped to avoid the branches.

That rate at which you are clicking birds from your backyard, I guess you have to build up a machan in the tree. :)

Nice sighting. Tough conditions to photograph. A slight head turn towards you would have enhanced the eye contact. Thanks for sharing.

Ha Ha, nice one Sabyasachi. Unfortunately this pleasure is going to be short lived. The vast area behind my house has attracted the real estate viruses. Its just a matter of time now :(
