The upward wingstrokes look good. If there would have been separation between both the birds, then the image would have looked much better. Thanks for sharing.

I like the overall concept and beauty of the image.

Two Greylag Geese are flying close to each other over dry/mixed deciduous tiny forest land sorrounding the lake.Only two.Not five or seven.Geese(species may vary) are long range flyers.When they fly in a flock, they fly in 'V' formation and the flying efficiency goes up by over 70% ( by reduction of induced drag). Many migratory birds fly in that formation.
Here only two birds are flying closely.May be mates, may have bonds or just incidental.
If one bird is up and the other is flying just at a lower height,then there exists a 'synergy'.
