I think it is a Yellow Wagtail. The eye contact and the catch light looks nice. Which software are you using for processing? A more proportional crop with a rectangular framing would be good. You could have used a lesser ISO like ISO 400 or 500 so that would have helped to reduce the noise and also would have given sufficient shutter speed. Thanks for sharing.

DPP is a good software for basic post processing. If it is possible you can use Adobe Lightroom which is a more professional software developed for photographers. You can check more details of the software and about the crop in the below thread -
