The light seems quite harsh. It is good if you use full ISO like 100,200..400 instead of intermediate ISO like 320. Thanks for sharing.

The face is not sharp. You can check the focus point by opening this image in Digital Photo Professional (the software that comes in the CD with the camera). ISO 400 and a narrow aperture would have been better. Thanks for sharing.
