Canon 550d 100-400 usm iso 100 340mm f/5.6 1/250 . I found it on a tree foraging for insects sultanpur

The head is turned away. Else, the eye contact would have been better. However, if the head would have been completely parallel to the camera plane, then the eyes may have been in shadows. So one needs to be careful while clicking. Why only 340 mm and not the full 400mm? Thanks for sharing.

this picture is almost shot with the camera pointing upwards the fully extented zoom felt very unstable and shaky
