Was able to get in the bird's proximity which gave a nearly full frame photograph.

Lovely colours.Nice details and good eye contact, the focus seems to be on the body of the bird.

Yes cropped it to exclude some distractions and to avoid centre composition.

Cute bird. Nice eye contact. Where was this clicked? There appears to be some pixelation, so I guess it is a large crop. A wider composition ie. less crop would be better. Thanks for sharing.
