Abhishek,
Is this a cropped image? I would have liked to see some more definition in the bird. The shutter speed required to capture these small ones are higher. When you are photographing at the maximum zoom try to stabilise your camera by resting it on some support. The light levels are low, so you have got some low shutter speeds. When the shutter speed is this low, I would try to use a shallow aperture like f3.5 or so.

Yes, it is cropped. Also, I think I darkened the image a bit during pp. Please let me know if I should post the original image without change in brightness. I have more images of the same bird in different positions and will post them soon. Thanks a lot for the tips.
