Nice take off pose. The flying water droplets look nice. It would have been good if you had moved the camera to the right as presently the space on the left doesn't add much to the composition. The upward wing position looks nice. What was the ISO? Thanks for sharing.

Nice effort. Since you just started photographing, I would rate this as a good start. A higher shutter speed would help in freezing the wings. The image looks good when both the wings are completely up or down. The water droplets add to the image. It would have been great if there was more space in the direction the bird is flying.
