Please include more details so that it helps in giving effective critiques. The more details you provide the better feedback you will receive. Look at Atul Sinai, he is sincere and mentions the amount of crop in all his posts. Within 8 or 9 months he has improved a great deal. On the contrary, there are many who are not improving.

What was the ISO and how much crop? There is lot of noise visible. Also did you try some noise reduction? Which software do you use for post processing?

The large copyright mark at the centre is distracting and takes away the attention.

A wider composition would have been better as in this composition the attention goes to the breast position. Head in the rule of thirds position would have been better.
