Div,
In this image, I would have tried increasing the aperture to f8. And no harm in increasing the ISO in the 5D. I was talking with National Geographic Staff photographer Ed Kashi, and he told me that the max that he would go with the 5D is ISO 400 for publishing in National Geographic. I have personally seen the files and I won't have no qualms in increasing the ISO of 5D to ISO 400 and ISO 800 at times. Ofcourse, all the time, remember to ensure that the histogram is towards the right.

There are many layers in this image and that increases the depth perception. Nice image.

Cheers,
Sabyasachi

Hi Div,

Nice potrait.I liked the composition. Would have loved some more space on the top than at the bottom. Some light on the face would have enhanced the image further. The ear turn is interesting, shows it is alert to noise.

Look forward to more..
