I like the sharpness, but i would reduce the highlights on the bird a bit. If possible you could have gone a bit lower to avoid the coincidence of the background trees and the beak.

The bird appears bright, but the details in the whites are there. The details on the wing tips in the blacks are lost. I would try to recover that during processing. Though the shutter speed is 1/250 the image appears to be sharp.

Really great photo, but I think you should increase the brightness a bit... but then maybe the throat would look overexposed...
