I think this is a very artistic shot that is full of contrasts. I would suggest cropping or cloning to get rid of the tree at the left of the frame.

I like the way the neck is protruding. It appears as if it is just moving like a snake to strike. :-)

Very nice shot. But it is a not very easy to spot the bird among those branches, so I agree with AB Apana that you should crop out the unnecessary parts.
