This looks more like a wintering Ruff to me. The details on the feathers looks nice. The light seems to be low !!

The low angle makes the image very interesting. Good details. The water flowing down from the beak looks nice. Great capture. Thanks for sharing.

Nice details. The film of water looks good. Straitening the horizon might be good but you will lose a bit of the frame. The bit of yellow of the leg draws a bit of attention. What is the thing in front of the beak?

No idea what is infront of the beak. Looks like snail or something. I had a look about the water ripples and the ones in the front and at the back are at different angles. So trying to straighten based on one of those will make the other look different.

It does look like a Non breeding Ruff. Nice low angle.Details on the bird and the foraging action has come good in this image.

Nice image. The film of water looks lovely. The color of the feathers also have come out very well. The yellow patch seems to be the color of its webbed feet. Thanks for sharing.
