You had a high shutter speed. I am surprised by the amount of grains in the image at ISO 400. I would have liked more details in this image. Can you tell us about your processing? If your image is full frame ie. no cropping done, then the quality should have been much better. I would like to know what you have done to this image in terms of processing so that I can accurately guide you.
