The perch and the eye contact is nice. The light looks a bit harsh, what time was this photographed? Why only 250mm focal length? Since it is a crop, you could have used the full focal length. Thanks for sharing.

The eye contact is nice. This looks like a large crop. With these small birds even long focal lengths are often not enough. So one needs to wait patiently or use a hide.
