Courting Lapwings

Dear All,
Courting pair of Yellow wattled Lapwings in breeding plumage from the Basai Flats, Gurgaon, Haryana.
Dashed to the location on the afternoon on a working day on a report of the very rare Sociable Plover having been spotted here. Didnt have the good fortune to see the Sociable, however was witness to the courting rituals of the yellow wattled lapwings. Enclosing one of the sequence.

EOS 50D+ 300f4+ 1.4x II @ f9, 1/640 ISO 400.
