this red vented bulbul was caught stealing my papaya the other day. it was morning with overcast sky and i managed this shot through the grills with 7D 100-400 mm, f/5.6, 1/200, iso-640, EC + 0.7, at 400mm, camera supported on the grill.

Mother Earth has kept another reserved for you.
I have observed that the crow starts feeding ripe fruit haphazardly and in the process the fruit falls and gets spoiled.The squirrel is a perfect fruit-eater, starts from bottom and leaves only the skin hanging from the stem for us!

Nice behavior captured. The light was low, else a narrower aperture would have helped to get more details in the bird. Was the AF point locked on the papaya on the left? Good you could capture this moment. Thanks for sharing.
