Scaly Breasted Munias busy at work!!!!

Sighted these munias over the weekend. In continuation to the previous tricolored munia series. These 2 were too busy going about their work to even notice a red vented bulbul disturb other munias over food. All they could think of is their meal :)

It is important to understand the intricate web of interdependence in nature. How often we hear people say things like a tree of no particular use , jungle shurb, weed etc. All of them have their place in nature, it is human intervention which creates the real weeds which grow uncomfortably and disturb the fine balance.
