Green Bee Eater - Near Tunkur

The stretch from Tumkur to Maidanahalli is filled with greenery and lots of birds..
One can find lot of Green Bee Eaters, Purple Sunbirds, Indian Roller, Myna, Pipits, Robins, Blue Throated Kingfishers etc.,

The perch and the eye contact is nice. Is this a crop? Some more sharpness would have enhanced the composition further. Which software you use for processing? Thanks for sharing.

I was using standard canon software which came along with the camera.. recently i have got the Lightroom 4 and which i will be using going forward... however i have to spend time to learn the software..

It looks as if there are some brush strokes behind the head of the bird.

Lightroom 4 is a good software.
