10 days morning session of 5 hours sitting on a single place without any movement and finally i got the bullet captured in my frame.

Nice flight pose. Good eye contact. Since you were trying to take flight images of Bee-eater, it would have been good to have 1/1500 or higher shutter speed. Here you could have increased the ISO to 400 and reduced the aperture to 7.1 to get a higher shutter speed. That would have helped to get more details and sharpness. The back-lit wings look nice. Thanks for sharing.

It is good to hear that you have been patient. In wildlife photography often patience pays.

However, I have to agree with Mrudul's comments. The shutter speed was not sufficient to freeze motion. You could have easily increased the shutter speed. Ofcourse, I am not sure how much of crop this is. In large crops it is better to have lower ISOs.

In photography, the first criteria for judging is whether the image is sharp or not. Noise doesn't trump over sharpness.
Keep on trying.
