This one actually not from Ratnagiri.. But from my village place called Dingani.. about 40km away from Ratnagiri. THis two hour trip was also splendid...

Nice rare image.This is Orange-headed Thrush(Zoothera citrina).But the race is different: 'cyanoyus'.Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

P.S.:This land is famous for Alphanso Mangoes and Saw-scaled Vipers.When we may see the image of the second one.

Thanks for your comments. The first one ie mangos I can capture & post. But the second one I was unaware & scared of. They are venomous :crying:

Cute bird. Nice eye contact and perch. Wish there was some light falling on the eye. Thanks for sharing.

P.S - Alphanso Mangoes wow...this is the season to eat them :).
