It is a Long billed Vulture. The eye contact is nice. Using a narrower aperture would have been good to get more details. Thanks for sharing.

Looks like a large crop of a vulture from Ramanagar. If you need closeups, then a 1.4x TC will also work very well with the 300mm f4. It is also a place where one can get some chances to take flight shots of these birds. Thanks for sharing.
