Nice to get it in flight. The eye contact is nice. The blacks seem to have lost details. Please check the histogram. There seems to be some noise due to the high ISO. Is this full frame? Thanks for sharing.

I agree with Mrudul. Are you clicking in Raw or Jpeg? Which software are you using to convert your images?

I shoot only in Raw and use canon's software for processing and picasa for cropping. Will be using Light room 4 from now on.
