This is a White-browed Wagtail- Motacilla maderaspatensis, formerly called the Large Pied Wagtail. Good capture.

Thanks Ragoo for the correction. Wish the bird was a bit closer or I had a longer lens as this is a 50% crop and I've lost valuable detail during noise reduction and sharpening
