Brown fish owl

Shot in Kanha in April near the big 'maidan'. We almost missed it and would have were it not for my good friend Saurabh, whose visual acuity and 6th sense picked out a different shade of brown. We stopped, reversed and lo and behold, were rewarded with an excellent sighting of this elusive one. I have kept this shot as a habitat shot too instead of a crop to get a close up.
