White-eyed buzzard Butastur teesa. The characteristic features are the white throat-patch and of course the white iris, found in no other raptor in our region as far as I know (except in some morphs of the shikra?). The relatively long legs are typical of the buzzard group.

Lovely pose and nice eye contact. I feel a slight off-centered composition would have enhanced the composition further. Was any sharpening done? Thanks for sharing.
