Nice you got it flying towards you. The composition is fine. I think there are loss in details due to the crop. Thanks for sharing.

Its wings and tail feathers nicely spread out and has come out well due to the higher shutter speed. Wish the bird was closer to you. Thanks for sharing.

The head on position looks nice. I like that you have included space around the bird in the image. Some more sharpness would have been great. Which AF mode were you using?
