The Leaf Eater
The caterpillar of Danaus chrysippus or Plain Tiger is among the most beautiful caterpillars seen around us(lower Gangetic plain). Now-a-days they are found hugely on or under the leaves of Calotropis gigantea. This image is captured today. I found this caterpillar cut the leaf round and hanging therefrom. The site captured me and I framed it. Wish you enjoy the beauty.

Nice. These guys have a Calotropis preference here in Southwestern India as well.
