Nice hallow in the tree trunk. Liked the way it has winked its eyes due to the sunlight :). Seems the AF point is locked on the tree bark so the owl is slightly out of focused. Thanks for sharing.
The composition is fine. Slightly more space at the top would have ensured that the entire tree bole is captured. Our mind mostly wants to see the circle completed.
