Ladybird
During the visit to Mangalore I was too keen on experimenting with reverse lens technique, especially after seeing loads of amazing works put up by few fellow photographers. On one such an experimenting day I came across this tiny but beautiful bug sitting steady on the blade of the grass.

Yes looks like a tiger bug. The details and the composition looks good. Nicely captured. Thanks for sharing.

This is a species of ladybird/ladybeetle called Menochilus sexmaculatus. Not sure about the common names used for this insect. (In case you mistook it for a tiger beetle, those are a different family altogether.)
I might try warming up the colours in this image.
