ID: Moth eggs?

Came across this unique sight, while strolling thru the garden, underneath a leaf. My guess is, a moth had laid eggs on the underside of a leaf, in a very unique pattern, and the leaf by itself had beautiful veins structure that was forming a very unique frame. Tried my best to frame the whole unique sight with this frame being the result.
