Logging on the wait...
ID: Bi Coloured frog
One of the many croak-ers had taken refuge on a dead branch lying next to the water body. The posture of it seemed as if its, very sadly, waiting for something, my guess being some more heavy down pour.
EXIF:
Canon 550D
Canon 100mm macro
F/9
Shutterspeed 1/160
ISO 800
Handheld, External flash fired

Nice pose. Slight more space at the bottom would be good as the front toes are touching the frame. Did you try any side profile images? Thanks for sharing.

Have few side profiles too, but wasnt happy with them due to the background noise

I agree with Mrudul about the toes. At times it becomes difficult to notice the toes touching the frame because of the colouration. Did you click a vertical? It is always a good habit to click a vertical composition.
The image seems to be a bit soft. There appears to be some movement. Did you try and recover the highlights? Thanks for sharing.
Cheers,

What a wonderful photograph! I am but an amateur, and not nearly well enough qualified to comment on, or even criticise the "technical" aspects. Great click, as you say in India. Kind regards, Sean Yates.
