Thanks all of you for your words. Sabyasachi, this was taken at a small pond near Bhuleshwar. Yeah there is some noise, need to do the filtering carefully.

Seems to be a cropped image.Nice wing spread & angle.Some noise is visible .What was shutter speed? TFS
