I am getting a lot of questions. So posting the price of the Canon super teles in one place:
Canon EF 400 mm f2.8 L IS II USM: 11000 USD
Canon EF 300 mm f2.8 L IS II USM: 7000 USD
Canon EF 500 mm f4 L IS II USM: 9499 USD
Canon EF 600 mm f4 L IS II USM: 11999 USD
The prices when these lenses hit the market may change.

Many Thanks for the update, Many forums predict the Market availability dates of 500mm F/4 as May 2011 and 600mm F/4 as June 2011 In the US ,is there anyway to officially confirm the same (SOURCE: http://www.birdphotographers.net/forums/showthread.php/79549-Canon-U.S.A.Announces-Two-New-Telephoto-Lenses-EF-500mm-f-4LIS-II-USM-And-EF-600mm-f-4L-IS-II-USM), can anyone suggest is there anyway we can pre-book the same in INDIA, I even dont mind making substantial payment as advance if thats for CANON INDIA directly.

The prices I have mentioned is official Canon Prices. The availability of the 500mm is indicated as May and 600mm as June. For further details check here: Canon U.S.A. : About Canon
In India, it is not yet decided when these lenses would be available. So the question of prebooking in India doesn't arise. Which lens are you planning to buy? Will let you know when I hear from them.
