From the same series of my recent weekend trip to Bandipur, loved the whiskers and the lazy stretch;) by the female leopard, however she was irritated all thru by the langurs giving alarm calls. Regret here that ideally I should have made a vertical shot on the field:(

Lovely pose captured. Agree a vertical would have been great. The whiskers look great. Maybe less space on the bottom and more on the top would have been good. Why -0.3 EV and ISO 640? Wish the overhead branch was not present, but good that you got the face in clear. You got any with the eyes open? Thanks for sharing.

I am OK with the space at the bottom, because anyway, even with more space at the top, the leopard's remainder wouldn't have been visible! I like the mood of the frame...seems like the cat was up from a good day's siesta:)

Cracker of a shot, Praveen! I agree with Bhargava, more space at the top won't be too useful. Love the lazy look. The whiskers make this image for me :).

Superb pose. I don't mind the eyes not being open. It would have been good if you could have done a vertical in the field with 500 + 1.4x TC.
