Had she found something there? The composition is fine. Some eye contact would ahev enhanced the composition further. When was this photographed? Thanks for sharing.
Hi Mrudul,
This was in Feb i think... this was taken at Thavarekatte... bandipur... she gave few seconds to click few photos and went down Roaring and stalking towards heard of Deers
She's back-Gowri :) . Was wondering, its been a while since her image has been posted. Wish you had got her looking towards you. Thanks for sharing.
A stalking tiger never roars.
A bit of brightness would have helped here. Looks like the tiger is getting engulfed by all the lantana. Anyone who can devise a practical and effective solution for eradicating lantana will get a big prize.
Sabyasachi
Sabyasachi Sir, as I can figure out from searching the internet, some weaverbirds like Black-throated Weaver, Streaked Weaver use Lantana flowers for decorating their nests, these birds species can be increased in these areas. Once the flower is destroyed the seeds will not grow at faster speed.
Leaf mining beetles population can also be increased in these areas which eats leaves and flowers.
Some birds that eat Lantana fruit can be there in the same area, if we can make artificial homes for these birds at nearby isolated place may be upon rocks can carry the large amount of seeds away from the main fields. The last one is not from internet.
