Adani group's Mundra SEZ gets MoEF clearance for desalination plant

Adani Group's Munda SEZ finally got environmental clearance yesterday for Desalination plant, sea water intake, outfall and pipeline construction.

The MoEF had sent inspection teams to inspect the environmental destruction by the Adani group and the permission was held up for several years. With the favourable Government in place, finally Adani group has got the clearance yesterday on 15th July. The Markets gave a thumbs up to this news pushing up the Adani stock by 6.82%.
