Mushroom Sporulation [Video link]

Managed to capture a short video of a sporulating mushroom (Vimeo link below).
During this process, the mature mushroom releases millions of microscopic spores from the lamellae (gills) on the underside of its pileus (cap).

This process went on for at least half an hour after which I moved on. On other mushrooms nearby, the presence of other creatures (snails, spiders, insects, millipedes etc.) seemed to increase the number of spores released.
