The pose and eye contact is nice. A bit more sharpness would be good. Thanks for sharing.
The low angle is good. The eye contact is fine, but the head portion can be lightened during post processing. This was photographed later in the day when the light had become harsh. So the background doesn't appear pleasing. You need to recover the highlights during post processing.
