Slight head turn away from you would have been better. In this case, the beak protrudes infront and it becomes difficult to get the depth of field cover the beak to tail. Entire tail would have been good. Composing with the tree touching the right frame would have been better. Thanks for sharing.

A vertical composition would have ensured that the tail would have been nicely included in the image. Thanks for sharing.
