The predator’s den
ID: Spitting spider
While traversing the monsoon ridden trail, I came across this beautiful specimen in its natural habitat/place of hiding. These shy/cautious predators, usually seen in or around a turned around leaf, these beauties make a shelter place where they stay patiently waiting for an unsuspecting prey.
