I am planning to buy Professional handy cam( along with tripod, mic and other required accessories) for wildlife film making but have no experience in that. I request INWans to focus some light here and suggest me the best kit.

I would suggest that you start with a monopod and then later move on to a good tripod. For professional quality, your budget falls short. So better to acquire things slowly.
