Nice perch and eye contact. A slight off centered composition would have enhanced the composition further. Did you try a vertical composition? Thanks for sharing.

Agree with Mrudul on the composition. Also, a lower ISO would have sufficed..not sure what ISO I had shot this at..will process a vertical compo and post on monday if it looks good enough:)

I agree with the previous comments. A vertical composition often works for these birds due to their long neck. A vertical would work out well if you are close enough. In the horizontal composition, less space at the right would have been good. Where was this photographed? Thanks for sharing.
