Crested Serpent Eagle doing its routines

This was during the IndiaWilds meet at Kabini. We were quite close to this fellow and got some time as this one patiently sat on the branch for a while before taking off.

This moment was captured when this fellow was excreting. Also the eye is covered by the nictitating membrane during the action.

Mrudul, there is no space at the bottom. The crop is from the top and right.

Very nice capture. Nice that you recorded the nictitating membrane, and the defecating behaviour. A vertical would have been great, but I think you weren't anticipating this.
