Mugger Infant
I preferred to call this 'Mugger Infant,' rather than 'Infant Mugger,' plenty of the latter around :D
Mugger, or Marsh Crocodile, Crocodylus palustris
For the first time (after visiting Ranganatittu for a good 20 odd years), I was able to see baby crocs and very nice they were too. I would have preferred had the light been less contrasty.
EOS40D, 500f4 + 1.4x converter, IS0 400 on Aperture Priority @ f8, 1/200, handheld from boat.
Thanks for looking, c & c welcome.

I liked the composition. The reflection and the open jaw enhances the image further. I too have got some baby crocs in Ranganatittu will post them soon.

Apana,
This is a good one. Open mouth, open eye and the way it is raised its head makes it very nice. We found three baby muggers sleeping. The low angle has added to it. Lot of details in this image.

Jaw dropping shot. I liked the symmetry. Hats off Apna ji.
Teeth & Eye are point of attraction.
