Consfusion..... Please help

I am goin to buy Nikon 5100D which is coming with Kit lens 18-55mm...

am looking forward to wildlife as well as macro and portrait photography....

m thinking to buy the telephoto lens after sometime, initially i want to startup with macro and portraits...

so my confusion arises here, shall i go with the kit lens for macro and portrait photography? or shall i buy the body only and then buy a lens for macro and portraits?

if then which lens shall i buy for both of these purposes...??? coz 18-55 will be giving me wide angle also... so please help in this..
