Chota Bheem!!
"Like father like son" proverb stands good for this male tiger cub. He is around 14/15 months old (as per the guide who accompanied us for the safari) & is already charismatic, bold & elegant like his father Bheem of Khitauli zone. He is the dominant one in that litter of 4 cubs. Image is very slightly cropped.
Place: Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve (May 2016)

Lovely! wish his head was turned towards you. The size of the tiger is quite big comparing his age of 14/15 months only

Its always a pleassure to sight a tiger coming out in the open from the bushes :). Agree some head turn in your direction would have enhanced the composition further. Its good there are no gypsy's on the road behind yours. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for the comments Debasisji & Mrudulji.
Yes, he does look big for a 14/15 months old sub adult Tiger. I guess it is his father's (known as Bheem) genes which is playing a part here. He is a big specimen.
Yes, I too agree that if the tiger has turned in my direction it would have been better. I guess it turned the other side because there were more gypsy's there. There were gypsy's opposite to me. Avoided them while capturing this image. But when the tiger was right in the middle of the safari track, I could not avoid the gypsy's. :001_smile:
