The eye contact is nice. You could have tried moving a bit more to the right if possible to get it parrallel to the camera. A narrower aperture would have been good too. Nice to see it after a long time. Thanks for sharing.

Where was it photographed? A lot of these are smuggled. The ones resuced from smugglers are often released at Guindy Park.

I have seen a lot of them @ Katraj Snake park, Pune (2007)
They are even bred there in captivity (I guess) coz there, i have seen them as small as they come. Hardly bigger than my palm.
