Thirsty Tigress | Kabini

This was shot in early morning safari, since i was there in Mysore, i decided to make early morning safari with my cousin and it turned out to be a good for us.
We sighted Tigress, sub-adult cub and leopard.

Earlier in the morning as soon as we entered the jungle near to the same water hole we saw her sub-adult cub but we could't make any photo after some time we came to the same water hole
and waited there hoping to see the same cub but luckily Tigress came walking from the bush came into water hole quenched her thirst and went inside the bush. I was waiting for her to turn but it didn't turned.

The sightings increase in summer as they have to come to the waterhole to quench thirst. I liked the composition, and its good you could include the tail in full. Your effort to go to the jungle in the morning paid off :). Thanks for sharing.

Lovely sighting of the tiger drinking water. Will visit kabini hopefully soon once I am back in bangalore. Thanks for sharing.
